Bad weather forced the first garden visit to members Hugh and Judy Reid's garden in early March to be cancelled, and this came after cancelling a previous planned visit in June 2017. Maybe in 2019 it will be third time lucky!

Meanwhile members enjoyed 6 visits to a variety of mostly members gardens but also to Renishaw Hall gardens. Enjoy the photos:

April 2018 - Eric Lee's Garden at New Wittington

A 1/3 acre steeply sloping plantsman's garden with year round interest. All plants are labelled and early plant interest comes from Alpines, Spring perennials, Ferns, Bamboos and Euphorbias. Many plants have been grown from wild-collected seed from the Himalayas.

Members gathered for a short introduction to the garden from Eric
